Well depends on if the sight turned you off or not. If you're not turned off then yeah go for it. But afterwards if you have a problem with the guy's underwear still, break it to him nicely that he needs new underwear to make him look much hotter and sexier, remember men have egos too.

How unattractive some one can be and hide it with clothes? Funny q. OK even if that happened no, I am not going to stop. If I decided to make love with him that means I like him in many other ways. Body means nothing to me.
