Somewhat. Arab schools get less funding (but Jewish public schools get less government funding than private schools--the school system is just messed up!!--it's all politics). Many Arab villages also have less funding for infrastructure than Jewish towns of similar size, but again, there are places in Jewish *cities* (not just towns) that have had raw sewage running in the streets. And whenever there's a warning of the safety of the drinking water, it always seems to be in the Jewish areas, not Arab areas.

All of this is complicated by the fact that many (not all or even necessarily most) Israeli Arabs have been supporting terrorism against Israel. While it isn't fair, it's hard to work up a lot of enthusiastic support for people who are helping to murder you--and their *own* families, as well!

Israeli Arabs have blue identity cards, just like any other Israeli citizen. ID cards do indicate religion and nationality (usually Jew or Arab), so there *could* in theory be discrimination--although it is illegal. The license plates of their cars are Israeli license plate. Non-citizens of Israel have different colored ID cards and license plates.

Most Israeli Arabs are not required to serve in the army (most Jews are). And some security jobs require army experience. However, Arabs are *not* barred from "high prestige" jobs. There are Arab members of the Israeli parliament (the Knesset), including from anti-Israel political parties. I don't know of any other country in the world that has sitting members in its parliament, congress, etc. who advocate the destruction of the country! There have even been Arab members of the Government (coalition). That is about the highest, *most* prestigious job in the country except Prime Minister (and there never has been an Arab PM; there's also only been one woman, and no Jews of Middle Eastern origin out of 12 PMs--even though each of these groups make up about 50% of the population, more than the Arab minority population).

Not at all. UNlike the misinformation below- Israeli Arabs have exactly the same IDs as any other Israelis- as do Christians, Muslims bahai and everyone else. They can live anywhere, vote in elections (in the last electionIsraeli Arab political parties representing mainly the Muslim Arabs won 11 out of 120 seats int he knesset), hold any jobs, go to any schools and so on.

There are no laws discriminating against them and they are full, participating citizens in all aspects of Israeli life (including the army).

They are Arab Israelis, not Israeli Arabs... To say that they are primarily Arabs who got the Israeli nationality is one of the grounds of discrimination against them. They are Israeli citizens who happen to be Arab.
However, the grounds for discrimination is not only for them being Arab, but for being non-Jew too. Many Israelis come from Jewish communities in Arab countries like Morocco, Tunisia and Iraq. They may know Arabic in addition to Hebrew, but they regard themselves as Jew and they don't face any discrimination. Some of them got to the highest ranks in the Israeli government.
The Arabs who face discrimination are Palestinians who preferred not to leave their homes when the State of Israel was established in the Holy Lands. These are mainly Muslim and Christian. They are discriminated against for two reasons: for being non-Jew, and for being Palestinian in origin. Yes, they are regarded as second-class Israelis and this discrimination is supported by many laws against them, including having different ids and being barred from taking some high profile jobs.

They aren't israeli-arabs. They are Palestinians.
Israel is occupancied their country "Palestine" and run Palestinians out of their country from 60 years ago untill now.
Israeli occupiers are killing Palestinian everyday. The most of slains are women and childern. Israelis destroyed Palestinians houses, etc.
So you can understand the real reasons of violence.

You wrote they are discriminated against Israel. Actually, Isrealis want to kill Palestinians or run all of them out of their country.

Israeli-arabs are kind of treated like Mexicans in Maine... Their accepted, but kind of stand out in a crowd.

No they aren't. Israeli are happy to live in peace with them.

As for the occupied Palestinian land. It was the Turks who moved the "palestinians" onto land the Israelis had occupied since around 1000 bc.

the place is the discrimination? Muslims in Western economies stay extra significant lives than in eastern countries. contained in the US and England, they have solid jobs, are knowledgeable and leaders of their communities. i do no longer understand of any hate crimes against Muslims; of path after 911 some human beings feared Muslims and a few saved their distance yet i haven't seen westerners burning Muslim mosques or waging conflict against them. particularly, that is Muslims themselves that so frequently plan destruction against Westerners. yet nonetheless, Muslims not often ever condemn Muslim criminals. Muslims are their very very own worst enemies. in case you may no longer see this then you definitely desire a clean recommendations.
