I would prefer it if I flew like the wind, sillouetted against the setting sun, though plunging to my wet demise in a whirl of peacock feathers and green spandex is an okay second. Does you all know of a good source of free glider blueprints, or alternately, can someone lend me some means of handheld flight?

I think you just need a Superman outfit, maybe you could tie it in to the movie that is about to come out?
Jump off the roof, have somebody film it and even tho you turn into a greasy spot on the sidewalk at the end they can take the film and edit it and make it look as if the real Superman saved you!!

Oh, and make sure the building is at least 10 stories high, anything less and you may just break a bunch of bones, including your neck, and then you will spend the rest of your miserable life being taken care of by the taxpayers, so do it right the first time!

I like the idea. Sort of like why I like extreme sports. There are several methods to accomplish your dream, Base jumping is one method. Take a few tandem jumps at an approved skydiving school. Then store the parachute in a back pack and just put it on and step off the roof. The other is para sailing. A slightly more aerodynamic approach to jumping. Either are extremely portable and easy to accomplish. There are fines for jumping from most buildings, but you will be an instant celebrity.

Loooooooooooooooooooooool ;^)

I think your idea is very beautiful, romantic and idealistic...

BUT ... Don't even think about it, especially the 'demise' part of it, as you'd be wasting yourself and your worth for the sake of The Corporate Spirit, which as we all know, is blind to human endeavour, possibility and emotion...

Don't be the Fall Guy for nothing ... Emancipate yourself ...

;^)

Good luck, and ;^)
