Could well be you are attracted to the wrong guys...many girls like the 'bad boy' image, but unfortunately, it doesn't wear well. If you are not being asked out, that is another story. But you don't give much information here. Trust that the world is full of decent guys...you must be careful about your selections.

Find someone who is asking the same questions and make a move. The really decent guys tend to be passed over by girls and it saps their self-confidence and girls hate a guy who isn't confident.
