What benefit are you talking about? Your body will be flushing out toxins, so you will get healthier, but that isn't a benefit you can see. Drinking more water will make your skin healthy and soft, which should be noticeable in two-weeks. You will start to lose a few pounds in a month.

4 glasses a day won't help.
You should drink at least six 8-ounce glasses of water (not soda, not coffee, not tea, not juice.....water) per day. The more you drink, the better it is for you. Personally, I drink about 96 ounces every day.
Great for flushing out your system. Great for your skin. Great for controlling appetite.

People understand what the health is when they lose a bit of it. I do not think that you may feel something special if you drink 1.5-2 liters of water per day. But if you drink too little, your body gets intoxicated and kidneys suffer too.

Water is of major importance to all living things;
Up to 60 percent of the human body is water, the brain is composed of 70 percent water, and the lungs are nearly 90 percent water. About 83 percent of our blood is water, which helps digest our food, transport waste, and control body temperature
so you don't feel it but it's keeping you alive at all times.

Feel the benefits? Maybe never. It is difficult to feel "less disease" or "more rest" or "less aging".
