Yes, the Express version is free.
It is for you to learn the software.
But you have to buy the complete version if you are serious about developing real software.

You can't download it. And anyone telling you to use a peer to peer program is just contributing to you stealing it.
If you need it..go buy it. Its not a free software.

limewire, kazaa and all free p2p got too many viruses, be careful!! i had to uninstall because it degrade my pc performance. try to get it from here..unlimited software download site. million of things could be downloaded. computer, audio, video, games, business software..etc too long to list here...
