Anal sex can do damage to you rectum. But as long as you don't do it too hard then you shouldn't have a problem. Its also better if you use a condom because it help prevents any physical damage .

It is extremely dangerous mainly from a medical point of view. It isn't designed for Sex at all. The skin covering the anus is extremely thin and when it's torn ..there's nothing that can be done to repair it all. You might have to wear diapers all your life cos you will defeacating like a baby/toddler.
So don't think about it. If you are thinking about doing that I would suggest sttrongly that you don't try it all.

yes it is very dangerous. That canal is very very thin and not designed for sex. If your lining should tear or get nicked, you could get fecal matter in your intestines which would cause peritonitis. A very nasty infection.

Yes! You may sink into deep waters! Because your anus also serves like a valve! If it is damaged, when you are swimming, you will take water into your body and you will sink like a submarine!

No, you do have to be careful. the wall of the rectum is more fragile, but it is no more dangerous than any other form of sex.

there is a really small risk that you can damage the muscles inside your anus, which could cause problems with incontinance
