Well, of course there are salad dressing, vinagrettes, and some recipes call for balsamic vinegar.
You can use vinegar in your laundry, to clean things around the house with and as a general odor eliminator.. It is great with baking soda for stains and heavy dirt areas and grease also.

You can use vinegar for all of the things listed above. Most importantly, the non-food uses. Use straight vinegar (non dilluted) for
- killing weeds in the driveway, sidewalk
- cleaning windows, mirrors, showers
- in a open bottle in the frig to eliminate odors
- spray on the floor/doorframe to kill ants/eliminate ants (other insects ) from coming inside the house
- slight dilluted (with purified water) and use it as a daily cleaner for kitchen counters/stovetops.
- in combination with baking soda, vinegar can unclog a drain (incl. toilets)
- pour down the garbage disposal to eliminate odors....
and the list goes on and on
