I don't recall any Biblical accounts of Jesus eating pork, but after His ascension, God did tell Peter not to call anything unclean as long as it was received with prayer and thanksgiving.

Jesus never ate pig and his followers didn't eat it either. Most people want to say this and that is done away with, when they don't read the scriptures; they're actually against Christ! Actually if you cook pig and put it under a microscope; you will see worms. To me; God is trying to protect our body from harm when he says "not to do certain things."
** TEXTS THAT INVOLVE THE CLEAN AND UNCLEAN MEATS:
GEN.18:7-8; LEV.11; 20:25; DEUT.14; ISAIAH 66:17; EZEK.22:26; DAN.1:8; MATT.3:4; LUKE 24:41-43; ACTS 10:10-14; 1COR.3:16-17; 9:27; 2COR.6:17; AND REV.21:8.
ALSO IF THE CLEAN AND UNCLEAN MEATS WEREN'T VALID FOR TODAY; THEN WHY OH WHY WOULD THE LORD PLEAD WITH FLESH NOT TO EAT UNCLEAN MEAT--(ISAIAH 66:15-17). ALSO NOTICE DEUT.14:4 "SHALT NOT EAT ANY ABOMINABLE THING" AND REV.21:8 "...THE ABOMINABLE SHALL HAVE THEIR PART IN THE LAKE WHICH BURNETH WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE: WHICH IS THE SECOND DEATH."

Well Jesus ate no pork as a Jew and back then (and today in some areas) pork meat carries a lot of diseases and is perhaps the least safe of all meats... because we are close to pigs genetically, the diseases are dangerouse for us.
But no, eating much pork doesn't make you one... you are what you eat refers to the fact that "the building blocks" of your body come from the food you eat, nothing more.
BTW, I eat pork every week and still didn't start acting like one or died.

Probably not, being Jewish and living in Israel and all that, where pigs were unclean and not to be kept.
Then again, the denigration toward pigs probably comes from the original prohibition from eating pork. So really it becomes a self-fullfilling circle.
Pork chops are good. Bacon is good.

Mark 7:14 Again Jesus called the crowd to him and said, "Listen to me, everyone, and understand this. 15 Nothing outside a man can make him 'unclean' by going into him. Rather, it is what comes out of a man that makes him 'unclean.' "
17 After he had left the crowd and entered the house, his disciples asked him about this parable. 18 "Are you so dull?" he asked. "Don't you see that nothing that enters a man from the outside can make him 'unclean'? 19 For it doesn't go into his heart but into his stomach, and then out of his body." (In saying this, Jesus declared all foods "clean.")
