You should start by asking them. It's the easiest way.

But if you're trying to see if they're happy or not, then just watch how the person reacts. Do they seem to light up when you walk into the room? Are they willing to make time for you? Is there still flirting going on? Do they tell you?

You can usually get a feel for what a person is thinking. Just watch them and see. If you're still confused then ask. Good luck!

asking is the key

look at the relationship that the two of you have first and see if you can pinpoint the reason you feel like this. it will then be easier to explain why you think the other person is unhappy and if you feel unhappy yourself.

partners do lie but in experience if they really are unhappy they won't stay - so if you spend time together and show each other love you don't really have anything to worry about.
if you do not spend enough time together then make some

hope you get the answer you wish for

you can always ask..but action really speaks more than words..he could tell you he's happy when he's not...
wiht my bf..i know he's happy with me because he always wnt to go to places with me and he always makes me laugh and makes me happy...he keeps me happy.and i do the same ..to keep him happy...
and communication is really the key....understanding each other is the key for communication...
if your bf is happy you can see it in his eyes or the way he talks to you.
but if you guys are arguing a lot for stupid reasons then i dont think both of you's are hapy no matter how much you love him..
one thing guys dont like about relationship is the stupid dramas...they avoid that in relationships...no arguing keeps them happy.....

Ask them.

I'd wager, if they're yelling and screaming a lot, they're not happy.

I'd also wager, if they're going about everything normally and seem chipper, they're happy.

HOWEVER: (and this is a big one) I think guys are more prone to keeping a lid on things if something's bothering them. It's like pulling teeth trying to get them to tell you.

first of all, ask him/her. if you can see that he/she is not happy. you should be the first to make the first move, and try to talk things out.

Hi,

Ask and then analyze his/her reply.

Make sure he/she gives you a real answer, however you must understand if he is lying or not normally!

Anyway ask!
