ok i want you to call or email someone and tell them u love them or care smile at a stranger ,check on a neighbour ,hug someone iin your house and say a friendly word to the persomn nobody bothers with much at work or school i promise you will feel happy and so will they please do it and tell me how it made you feel

Well, you are right, because this is what I am actually doing right now, I am writing an answer to you, I am contacting with you, exchanging the ideas with you and the others! This is just great and I love it!
I am very friendly person, open minded, always have smile on my face even with the strangers, neighbors and with my family I am always close to them and trying all the time to keep a funny, warm atmosphere around the house for everyone! It's actually working and it's a great feeling!

Why not do something like Pay It Forward? I always thought that movie would spark something off and never really did. As for the things you have mentioned, I try to treat everyone that I meet with kindness and concern, hopefully it has done some good in someone's life!

I DO THIS EVERY MORNING!!! I have decided to say something nice to my students and co-workers and family every morning. It's true I dont always wake up in the best of moods. But just being able to make somebody's day makes me feel lots better.
