The keg will be junk. When beer is chilled it needs to be around 34 degrees to pour like glass. It goes done about 2 degrees an hour so do the math. Once the keg is no longer sweating then the beer is junk and will be all foam. Always put the ice on the bottom of the keg because it draws from the bottom first.

Skunking generally occurs from light exposure. High levels of heat can adversly affect flavor as well but if you just let the beer get warm, it should be fine. Put it on ice and enjoy.

It tastes bad because it's not cold anymore. Would you drink a hot beer? It may take awhile to get it cold again but you would not want to do that either because it will not taste the same. It will taste flat.

If it was tapped, it will go bad.
If not tapped, you should be ok. Best way to check- taste test. You'll know right away if it's skunked.
