I'm sick of working hard for our clients employees, only to have them give me attitudes on the phone, or request a change to all the accommodations we set up especially for them. Is anyone appreciative of anything any more? How much bending over backwards is enough!

some people don't appreciate anything ... they feel as if they are owed somthing, very selfish and rotten creatures.

Let it all out.... Too many people in life look for something that they can find wrong rather than looking at the whole for satisfaction. However, maybe the product you turned out didn't meet their expectations. You need to put yourself in there shoes and really examine your work to see if that's the case.

If you feel you've done your best, use this as a learning experience to not take business personally and treat others as you want to be treated.
