i went to this web site and it said that milk is very bad for you and does not help you lose weight. you can see for yourself if you like at.....milksucks.com ( i don't recomend you watching the vidos there there kind of sad)....(poor cows)

I don't know about the losing weight part, but milk must be incorporated into everybody's diet as it is a great source of calcium and prevents us from developing osteoperosis in the old age. Women in particular, who are more prone to osteoperosis, should make it a habit to have 2 cups of milk a day, though men should do the same!! I'm a male and have found that warm milk is great to sleep before going to bed as it feels comforting and it's a great way of protecting your teeth from plaque overnight, as milk has been proven to cause the plaque to burst. (They're currently trying to develop tooth paste that consists of milk). So, reiterating my earlier point, make sure you drink milk everyday. It's so important...your body will be spared the pain and discomfort in your old age.!!

First milk is not bad for you, just because you saw it on the internet doesn't make it true, and if you still believe it I got some land I want to sell to you. Second, it can help you lose weight if you do it right. It will basically act as an appetite suppression, milk is filling to the stomach so you wont want to eat as much.

i drink milk everyday ( skim and low fat one) and i love dairy products but i'm quite fine and normal.. actually recent study shows that regular intake of calcium can help prevent weight gain. people who regularnya consume high ca food tend to be slimmer and more slender. i'm not sure about the chemistry behind it, .but at least as long as u take care of the fat u consume ( also in milk) then milk should fine and it is actually really good for you

not just milk you need to combine milk,cheese,and plain yoghurt 3 servings each day.it sure helped me.well i do like milk,cheese and yoghurt anyway so no big deal for me
