Ask your ISP. If you are using an Internet mail account, look for it in the help section. Yahoo's are pop.mail.yahoo.com and smtp.mail.yahoo.com

Type "pop3 settings" for the " isp you have" in a seach engine or call tech support .most have a little differnet so no exact way other than that to tell you

If it is to acess the Yahoo account you have, you must get the Yahoo Mail Plus account. Cost is abot $25 per year.
