If you are wanting to know the most healthy: chicken breast, pork loin, and fish. Not fried, but baked, grilled, or broiled. All are low fat and fish is very healthy. The reason chicken breast is recommended over thighs or leg, is that the white meat is more lean than the dark meat (i.e. legs or thighs) As for turkey, it is surprisingly more fat. If you are willing to try stuff that is outside the box, buffalo is very lean as is elk, also ostrich and emu.
