You need to go to a West Indian or an Asian grocer. West Indians use the "Scotch Bonnet" chili which is very hot indeed. Asians, especially Thais and Chinese use the "Prik Kee Muu" chili which is the hottest available. Sorry I can't tell you exactly where to find these grocers, but hope this information leads you in the right direction. Good Luck.

Some of the bigger supermarkets sell the Scotch Bonnet and Birds Eye chillis, but I would have a go at growing them yourself as suggested by another person above me there.

This isnt a flippant answer but grow them yourself. We use chillies in everything and usually double dose as we like hot food.
Then a friend gave us some cuttings off his chilli plant and we stuck them in the greenhouse and off they went.
Lovely chillis at the end of it, and about 50% hotter than the red chillies in the supermarket.

Also try leaving the seeds in the sauce. That is where the most heat comes from. The fleshy part of the pepper is mild compared to the seeds.
