Any smoothie recipe plus one sachet of plain gelatine or flavored and voila you have got popsicles.I like the following recipe.
2 cups of pureed strawberries
1cup of strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup of juice(orange,apple,etc...)
2 sachets of plain gelatine, or a box of flavored jello ,scratch the juice and add only 1 cup of boiling water to dissolve it.
mix the puree and yougurt together, and dissolve the geletine in a seperate bowl. When the gelatine is fully disolved add it to the puree mxture, blend it well with a spoon and add it too your popsicle mold and four to six hours later smoothie pops.

2 cups yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla
6 ounces frozen orange juice
Mix ingredients together until smooth. Pour the popsicle molds or paper cups. Freeze until firm. (about 15 mins in, you can insert popsicle sticks, but you usually have to wait for it to freeze a little before they will stay upright...)

1/2 cup white grape juice
Blend together until smooth in a blender. pour into container.
Absolutely great! I also use this same recipe to make smoothies, the only difference is that I use 1 cup white grape juice in the mixture.
