I would say Stampot. Basically different vegetables and meat, usually sausage, cooked in one pan. There are many variations.
Found these links in english with recipes:
http://www.theworldwidegourmet.com/vegetables/cabbage/dutch-stampot.htm
http://www.channelm.ca/ce_index338.html
And also a definition: http://www.answers.com/topic/stampot
Another close second would be nasi or bami goreng originally from Indonesia.

THE National dish? who said we have one? did you read about it somewhere or what? for we dont have one specific national dish, but of course there are typical dutch meals and foods like stamppot, hutspot, erwtensoep, boerenkool, different types of cheese, etc. Is that helpfull?

That would be "hutspot met spek en andijvie" (carrot, mash, onions, bacon and endive). Traditionally, that is. The rice table is Indonesian import.
