All one has to go on is faith because that is all there really is in this world today.

I am agnostic. You might notice I am also an atheist. The two are not incompatible. I believe that since we cannot know whether or not there is an existent supernatural, it is justifiable to not believe in any of the ones proposed by mankind so far. I am an agnostic atheist.

Agnostics see spiritual answers as unknowable. This is contrary to atheists, who believe that there is no God. It's a big difference. Atheism sees reason to believe against God, while Agnostics see no reason to put faith in either side, and generally find it unimportant to choose.
