My heart goes a flutter when my boyfriend proves ever day in ever way that there is not anyone else in the world for me. Oh and tight shirts on a guy just for the obvious stupid reasons lol.

just knowing that my man is the only one that truly loves me. even my ex bf still makes my heart flutter when i see him!! and there are many of them so each one makes my heart flutter!! but not as much as my hubby!!

Well, romance. And seeing a really beautiful sunset or scenery. Or listening to a great ballad or composition. Or a great painting. And carrying my nephew when he was young and he smiles up at you. Or when he grins like a little kid when he's really happy. So many beautiful things that can stir your heart & take your breath away.
