EVERY worker is not indespensable.

If the firing is legitimate then there's no one to blamed.

To cope with the loss of a fellow worker:
1. Stay in the job and do good and try to help your friend find a job soon.
2. You will get over it.
3. Visit him/her often and make sure try to help him/her financially while he/she is job hunting.
