EVERY worker is not indespensable.
If the firing is legitimate then there's no one to blamed.
To cope with the loss of a fellow worker:
1. Stay in the job and do good and try to help your friend find a job soon.
2. You will get over it.
3. Visit him/her often and make sure try to help him/her financially while he/she is job hunting.
all the best.

How many user names do you have? I see you a lot. Always about rest areas, cheating wife and rest areas and toilets, etc.
