I don't know about still living but if you would have asked me a year ago I could have told you it was Max Schmelling. He passed away last year at 99 unbelievable for a boxer. here is a brief highlight of his career.

Maximillian Adolph Otto Siegfried Schmeling (September 28, 1905 – February 2, 2005) was a German boxer whose two fights with Joe Louis transcended boxing and became worldwide social events because of their racial and national associations. Despite his supposed associations with nazism, used by propaganda of both sides, Max was later shown to be a hero to the Jewish people [1]. He remains a sporting legend in Germany today, and also helped his friend Joe Louis later in life

He won the heavyweight championship but was most famous for fights with Lewis. You don't think of this kind of longevity with a boxer huh?
