Tell your friend congrats for keeping it in the family. Plus it's probably not his second cousin unless the girl is way older than him. Here's how it works. If Victor has a frist cousin Tom, and Tom has a daughter Amie, then Amie is Victor's second. But Victor's son and Tom's daughter Amie are actually third cousins. I still think that's creepy though, because two people that are third cousins, that means that their grandparents are brother and sister. Well, one of them, you know what I mean.
