While you can get all the anti-spyware removal programs in the world, it's unlikely they'll be able to remove the most virulent malware (spyware and virus) without some technical expertise of a technically knowledgeable person.

As a previous person recommended, seek out assistance from a technically qualified person. Ask around - a friend may know someone that can help. That certainly beats having to take your computer to someone and pay a fee that may be a significant percentage of what the computer is worth.

Beware of anyone telling you that you need to completely format the hard drive! While this will definitely solve your problem - the loss of data and programs may not be worth the cure. Almost all malware can be removed without having to go to the extreme measure of reformatting the hard drive.

Good luck!

You need to download an anti-spyware program to your computer. Spybot and ad-ware are both good; and they're both free. Just go to Downloads.com or search it through google or yahoo. The program will scan your computer for anything harmful and then repair the problem. Depending on how often you're on the internet, you may need to run the program once every coulple of weeks to once a month.

Take it to a qualified computer tech to have the spyware removed. He may have to clear off your entire hard drive to do this. Once your hard drive is cleaned up, reinstall your programs and make sure you get a good antivirus program like Norton or such. A good computer tech can help you with this. I can't stress how much you need the antivirus program. We didn't have one for awhile and when we did get one, we cleared over 100 viruses off our hard drive. We haven't been having problems with our computer since.

reboot the PC, go to www.download.com and get adaware and run it. You are infected pretty badly with spyware. If you can't run it with all the stuff on the screen, boot into safe mode by rebooting and during the boot hit f8. Boot into safe mode with networking and then download the program and run it.
