No they don't recruit them. Its very specialised training carrie dout on very carefully selected priests or Jesuits.
Qualification wise they are normally very well educated with a medical background of some description.
The Society of Jesus (Jesuits) educate their boys very very well.
I imagine the best qualification is caring about people enough to put yourself in danger.
I dont necessarily mean by maruading demons (not much of a believer, sorry) but by mentally ill people who believe they are possesed and therefore mad act out.

The Catholic Church doenst recruit exorcists.
One must be an ordained priest to even be considered to be an Exoricist. It is the Pope (who btw, is not a Hitler loving MF) who dispenses the final decision if one should be an Exorcist.
Yes, there are still Exorcists within the Church. But only a handful.
Exorcisms are rare, very very rare. Dont believe everything you read.
Its easy to hate what you dont understand.
Look at racism to figure that out.
Oh, and the Catholic Church is more revelant today than ever before as more people start to see the truth.

In the press today The Pope (Hitler worshipping motherf*cker) said that Homosexuals are destroying society maybe he forgets all religions cause wars and the catholics are a bunch of old timers conning poor people into putting money into something that can't be proved!

EXORCISM
Non-Vatican Interpretation of Fatima Third Secret
The Rite (Ritual) for expelling demons (devils) from people
certified as being possessed by authorized Catholic priests.
WARNING: Only Catholic priests who are both legally and morally ordained and are faithful to the teachings of Sacred Scripture, as validly understood through the legitimate moral authority of the Church, and who remain spiritually sound should attempt an exorcism. Devils are powerful beings and can be extremely harmful to the unqualified.

Catholics who have strong belief in Jesus Christ, the original exorcist, and understand the rights of exorcism can do it especially in extreme cases when no immediate help can be elicited but is really extremely dangerous. Mostly priests are the ones doing it because of their knowledge and their divine authority to perform the rights.

Church doctrine isn't something it is voted on by ability of priests and bishops. We receive what became first exceeded all the way down to us. That reported, it variety of feels your extra suitable question is with regard to the situation of ladies interior the Church. no longer basically do we've the excellent woman saints of history, even in the present day there are various women who artwork tirelessly for the Church -- whether in Catholic universities, Catholic hospitals, Diocesan workplaces, parishes, and so on., and so on. basically bypass to a spiritual ed convention and count quantity the variety of adult adult males vs. women. I assure you will discover a lots bigger share of ladies at such events than the final. yet of course, it is not a contest. all of us would desire to be approximately develop the Church in any way we can. And all of us (whether guy or female) have countless avenues obtainable for us to do exactly that. custom is the coaching of Jesus as given directly to the Apostles. interior the beginning up became the word, and the word became with God. All issues got here into being with the aid of Him, and without Him no longer one concern got here into being. What has come into being. What got here into being in Him became existence, and the existence became the mild of genuinely every person.[John a million:a million-4] the instructions of Christ, the doctrine of the Church, have been entrusted to the Apostles and their descendents, the magisterium of the Church. The magisterium is the coaching authority of the Church, built from the pope and bishops. The magisterium is guided by ability of the Holy Spirit, ensuring that with the aid of all generations we receive a similar teachings, the custom, with the aid of fact the Apostles. In time, those teachings have been written down. ...Sacred custom, sacred Scripture, and the coaching authority of the Church, in accord with God's maximum smart layout, are so linked and joined at the same time that one won't be able to stand without the others, and that all and sundry at the same time and each in its very own way below the action of the Holy Spirit make contributions to the salvation of souls [Dogmatic shape on Divine Revelation, Ch 2:10]

They perhaps do, but their tactics are all a farce. Jesus nor his apostles used holy water or Crucifixes, nor did they chant Latin and debate with demons.
Those Saved, Christians can cast out demons the same way as did the Apostles and disciples - "In the name of Jesus" and does not require hours or days of ritualistic mumbo jumbo.
Certain kinds of demons can only be cast out through regular fasting and prayer.
Read the Gospels and book of Acts. You will note that Jesus didn't carry any rosaries (neither did the Apostles) holy water, wear any special blessed articles of clothing or any other Ghost Busters equipment. FAITH and the power of the Holy Spirit drives out demons, not icons.
Contrary to popular belief, no one man (this includes the Pope) can appoint who can cast out demons. The only qualification is being saved through Jesus Christ (see Acts 2:38 for how to be saved), praying and reading God's word for knowledge and periodic regular fasting.

Yes, they are stooping so low into arcane superstition these days that they have actually gone this far... it's disgraceful nonsense and they are playing up to superstition and exploiting it, trying to drag the world back to medieval times when the Church had it's heyday!..today the Catholic Church is becoming ever more irrelevant and remote and arcane

the catholic church just has a special mass and prayers that you have to say, any catholic priest can do it.
but the catholic church has recognized VERY few exorcisms, so there really isn't any initiative to recruit.

The catholic church has a public stance that they no longer support exorcism. However, there are priests that do still preform them.... they are just regular priests who are able to preform the ritual of exorcism.
