i just wonder,is he too busy doing his own stuff,is he not so giving with his emotions,or is he just saying he likes you to keep getting in your pants,MEN please help me here,i need to understand this!

Ahh yes, welcome to the game.
Here it is, we act like we don't give a sh*t and it drives you women wild. You get a little pissed that we would rather do almost anything other than beg you for some attention, so you come busting in and make us notice you.
Show a little interest and then let them stew for awhile.
No more than 1 call a week.
Never make set plans, but occasionally suggest that you meet up with us somewhere. (we might not be there)
Always seem too busy for you, but sometimes give in and change our 'plans' to accommodate you.
Sound familiar? Then you are playing the game.

If he says he likes u, definitely he likes you. You have to leave your ego and catch him. If u do not respond or do not care his emotions he will think u r not interested. thats it. best it catch him today.
You ladies dont care the men. First u all show urself by neglecting him and finally cry that it is his mistake.
Better u mend ur ways and be serious.
