well first off most people face these kinda problems coz they have been living alone for a while and havent been seeing lots of people i dont know whats ur story but to overcome that u shud get to know that why do u feel like that ? is it ur appearence that makes u feel uncomfy in public ? or is it u think that people are looking at u ? so first figure out what makes u uncomfy do u feel underconfident when u r alone? or just when there are lots of people what ever the reasons are just remember no body is gonna make fun of u or stare at u if u speak or walk i bet u r no different than us try to hang out with friends who are confident try to spend more time with them gradually u will get used to people and hopefully it will build ur confidence best of luck

I think everyone struggles with that stuff sometimes, and it's normal to have doubts. The trouble starts, I think, when we become consumed by our low self-worth. In my experience, I started taking more notice of what I did well. I had a journal that I put aside and used exclusively for self-appraisal. I'd write and write and write, paying no attention to grammar or how silly some of the stuff I wrote might sound to myself. And I think it's important not to beat yourself up for having those sorts of feelings. Wouldn't that be a double-whammy? I mean, you already don't feel too hot about yourself, and, to make matters worse, you beat up further on yourself because you don't feel good. It all starts from within. While my personal situation wouldn't allow it, a good friend of mine went to a psychologist and talked it through. From what he said, the therapist was able to help him start changing the mindsets and behaviors that led his low confidence. So, my suggestion--and I've no degree in psychology, so take it for what it's worth--is to start challenging the negative voice in your head when it rears up, take the time to journal about it, and don't buy the hype of AmericanBeautiful. I mean, we're all imperfect, we've all got things that we'd like to change. But there's a lot of great traits in all of us, too. That's kind of the joy of being alive, right? And if it's something that's really crippling and you can afford it or have access to it, there's nothing wrong with getting a couple sessions with a therapist who can help hash through the stuff with you, giving you some insights and techniques to help change it.
Good luck!

you can raise ur confidence by doing things that u are good at and surrounding urself with people that support you. once done, you can venture into areas that are somewhat outside your realm of comfortability to see if u r successful. this will give u more confidence as u succeed. if u fail, u can always retreat to what u know best and the people who support you will lessen your feeling of lack of confidence.

confidence is a tough thing to deal with.. i myself find myself lacking confidence in certain situations... the best thing u gotta do is just keep telling urself, that u can rise up to the situation... stand tall, stick ur chest out, chin up, make eye contact, shake hands firmly.. even if u may not be confident, don't let people know it... people liek to strike down a person that lacks confidence... show them that u are confident..! u gotta keep telling urself that u are confident and soon u will act confident! good luck!

It's up to you if you wanna raise your confidence. All you have to do is stay positive. Love the things that you have in life. Talk and interact with people more. Always think, when facing a problem/hurdle in your life, that you can do it. Be confident with yourself, with your surroundings and with your life. Be confident but don't be overconfident. :)

collect all the compliments and awards you have ever received and examine them all at once. take some self-examinations for aptitude and pursue the outstanding results. try to find something that you can be the best or be the authority in. share your knowledge and experience with others who could benefit from your input.

Well, if you have the chance to travel to California or Europe, that have the one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax.
It not only boosts the self-healing power of your body, but also your self-confidence.
Believe it or not - it's really amazing.
