My son is about 10 years old and he is suffering from Retenitis Pigmentosa (Low eye vision) whether it can be cured if yes where and how

I am sorry to say that it doesn't appear that this can be cured (although I am not a doctor):

retinitis pigmentosa is not curable..it is a degenerative disease of the eyes that eventually leads to blindness
