I have loose ligaments that cause my hips to dislocate all the time... very painful and deeply inconveniance, cause it usually happens during sex. The doctor told me what the problem was, but didn't bother telling me how to fix it. Now they just pop out any time they feel like it...Help!!!

Oh, and I excercise daily, am pretty slim so no extra weight causing this... And my doctor is useless... all she wants to talk about is my sexual health, and at my surgery we have to see our regular GP.

Some people are actually born with a congenital form of loose ligaments. But in general once you stretch a ligament to the degree that the joint dislocates, then the ligament is stretched out and it will never be as short as it once was. Exercises will not strengthen ligaments, nor make them shorter. This is why once you have dislocated a joint, it will always be easier to dislocate that joint again. What you may want to try is to reduce your activity levels and see if the joint tighten up a bit, short of that perhaps surgery. One more thing that hip is now far more prone to getting osteoarthritis in the future because the biomechanics of the joint have been altered.

It is no big deal for him right now, but it needs to be corrected so that his femur and femoral head grows properly and he isn't gimpy as an adult, a Pavlik harness does wonders at his age and if it is not corrected surgery has to be done around 1 year and then a cast is placed covering both hips and thighs. Really, no big deal.

actual hip dislocations? you must mean subluxations.
if you're dislocating frequently, you need to see an orthopaedist. That's not good for the joint surface, and frankly what if you cannot relocate it, vascular supply to the femoral head is compromised. Not at all like the guy with a trick shoulder.
there probably is nothing to tighten up, so to speak. If truely dislocating, there are surgical options, but would need full consult/xrays... blah blah

You can often relieve the mild pain, swelling and inflammation of hemorrhoids with home treatments. Often these are the only treatments needed https://tr.im/9e3NM
With these treatments, hemorrhoid symptoms often go away within a week. See your doctor if you don't get relief in a week, or sooner if you have severe pain or bleeding.

My flatmate had this, she just went to lots of physiotherapy sessions. Try asking your GP for a referral.
