im not entirely sure if this works..

but the grapefruit diet. its said to get rid of your water weight. everyone has it.. it just sits there in your body. and grapefruits are supposed to help you get rid of that :)

There are many fake hoodia supplements out there so try the BioHarmony if you can. Hoodia aslo has a 2week special controlled accellerated weight loss dietry program. It has no side effects and will only dampen your appetite sufficintly to lose weight. I went from 106kg to 100kg (12pounds) in no time and it was no crash diet. Try food combining as well. I have heard of people losing immense amounts of weight without dieting but by simply by combining the right foods when they eat. Do this with Hoodia and a little excersise - works wonders. Try dancing like crazy to your fav. tunes for 10minutes. Works for me.

Exercise and eat a balanced diet. Cut chips and soda from your daily things to eat. That's the safest way for me. (And isn't 15 pounds supposed to be 15 lbs?)

Make sure your energy out (exercise) is more than your energy in ( food ).
