Exercise - gor for a long run. When you get back whatever you were angry about will seem a distent memory.

I have been mad about a similar situation like that! Here is what i did: 1. Buy a really large sock. 2. Buy a lot of small socks and tie each of them in to a knot. 3. Draw a picture of the person you are angry at on the really large sock. 4. Stuff the really large sock with all of the little socks. 5. Tie the end of the really large in a knot so that all the little socks are trapped inside. 6. Take the sock creature you have just made and go outside. 7. Hit the wall with it. 8. Hit the ground with it. 9. Swing it rapidly in the air as if your hitting the person you are angry with. 10. Hit anything that you want to with your sock creature. 11. Well, it made me feel so much better! I hope this works for you too!:)

for 1 dont keep it in, release it, there are a few way to doing that, punching a punching bag, going for walks, what ever make you feel good about yourself, your mind gets so stuck in what you like doing that you forget what you where angry about.

take it out don't keep it inside. thats the best way.---don't scream or shout --or can do it if its that frustrating and start doing something .make ur self busyand don't forget that glass of water.its like u have to chalk ur own way--over the years i have found that the best way for me is to take a book ,cup of tea and listen to music .try and find urs.though sometimes i even feel like breaking few windows or may be bones too hee he e
