When I run certain disks I get a message that "ordinal 1865" could not be found. What is it? How do I fix it

I'm running Windows XP Home.

Ordinal 1865 is related to the file IML32.dll which may be missing or corrupt. The file is not in Windows XP, only older editions...

so you probably need to update your disk driver.
