Prauge the capital of Czech Republic ---------- is the nice city of Europe rather than any city of Europe.

Not the NICEST but among my favourites. I am a Czech citizen and my favourite cities in Europe currently are: London, Paris, Prague and Oslo.
But Prague is beautiful, I have to admit. Lots of fascinating architecture, parks, shopping, theatres etc. I like it very much, although I am planning to move to London in 2 years' time...

It is a nice city, yes. Not necessarily "the nicest", as you seem to imply, as that depends on a lot of things. There is no overall nicest city, I think.
Prague has become a bit expensive of late, some would say a tourist trap even, in some areas, but still a very, very nice city, I agree.
