If it is Microsoft word document, Please follow the given steps.
1. Go to menu
2. Select -> 'Insert' option
3. Select -> 'Picture' option
4. Click -> 'From file' option
5. You will get 'Insert Picture' Window. There you can select the picture file you want to insert.
6. Then Click 'Insert' Button
7. Now the selected picture pasted in Word document.

Presumed that the document that you mentioned is Microsoft Word or Excel.
1. Right click the image, then select 'copy' from the poped up menu.
2. Go to the document, then 'paste' by clicking the icon on the tool bar, or right click, then select 'paste' from the poped up menu.
3. You may adjust the size of the image that you've just pasted into your document by doing the following:
a). left click the image that already on your document;
b). select one of 4 edges of the image;
c). drag the 'arrow' either in or out the center of the image as to enlarge or to reduce the image size.

Are you using Microsoft Office? Click on insert, the select picture. You will have to adjust the size of your jpeg to fit in with the document. Click on preview the document before you print it.
