A combo-
Running at least 40min a day 4x a week (preferably an hour)
and
Crunches, situps, leglifts, etc.
You need to do 2 things:
1) burn away the fat so you can SEE the muscle
2) Build up the muscle so it is stronger and more prominent.
If you skip the running, your fat will cover the muscles and you'll never see them no matter how strong they are.
If you skip the crunches, situps, etc and just do running, you'll see the abs, but they won't be as defined.
Do both, eat right, and you will love the results

1- Angled revsered crunch.
2- Weighte excerise - Ball bunch.
3-Knee raises.

I agree fullyyt. you may no longer assume that each thing previously 9pm on sketch community is immediately youngster-friendly. father and mom would desire to understand that the point of supervision/administration needed for sketch community is comparable to for Showtime or Cinemax.

low body fat percentage
it's the fat which hides the muscles
being "cut" just means there's no fat between your skin and your muscles
