Have they been watching the animals drink out of the toilet? Is this really a serious answer? Teach them that it is very unhealthy even for animals.

you should bring them to a doctor straight away even if the toilet was clean it is still very unhygienic and unsafe..

put a hook lock on the outside of the door so they can't get in there without you opening it for them. This is my answer if you are actually being serious.
