I have a couple of cars but I have this favorite one that every time I drive it I feel like a superstar, so when I feel kind of sad I take a drive around town with my music loud, it usually makes me feel better to see all those fools rubber necking when I drive by, also watching family guy helps a lot, Peter Griffith is an idiot and Stewy is hilarious, also working out, maybe a little jog or some push up or sit ups helps too, watch a movie with my significant other is allways a plus (unless is a chick flick) well cartoons, cars, movies and exersice allways work for me.

listen to Elton John's "Sad Songs Say so Much", Nathalie Imbruglia's "Torn"; Britney Spears' "One More Time", maybe have a good weep, look at my face in the mirror, and laugh!:-)
Then I go out for a walk, and savour looking at women intently...and sometimes intensely:-) Then I go back to my diary, and write down my feelings. I have a dog, so a LONNNNNNNNNNG walk helps distract the sadness...and if you're religious, pray. If not, well, meditate, and think about something that makes you smile. Hell, SMILE. By smiling, you will BE happier....

I believe that the best thing to do to feel better when feeling sad is to do something self indulgent. Like eat a huge tub of quality ice cream, or go to the shops and buy yourself something that excites you. Just give yourself a little treat, or a big treat even! Do something that is purely for you, and purely for enjoyment.

I listen to music whnevr i feel sad or play computer games. I get so involved in all these thngs tht I will forget abt the whole situation. Another way is by goin n meeting my frnds, tell thm wat made me sad, n as such sharing my probs with another person will always decrease my depression. Fortunately i hv very gud frnds, who make me laugh in a miserable situation also.

I have a picture of a "warewolf" that my sister drew while we were playing Picionary. You would have to see the picture to appreciate it, but It is possibly the worst drawing ever. I laugh everytime I see it.
Even thinking about it now puts a smile on my face. Thanks!!

I'd go out, look for interesting people to talk to, or watch TV, or surf the internet, or sleep...

Well, when my gf is sad, I either sing her a cute little song or say one of our little "catch" phrases. She just adores them. Then, when I feel sad, i just think about her reaction to them : )
Peace,
Jon
