It is very easy to say that leave n forget your past & Move on with life but actually it is not easy.
Do whatever your heart tells you to do .You need to give yourself sometime Cry if you want to cry , call that person who hurts you or is the reason for your tears .Do it till the time you can & one day you will feel that its enough & Now You want to move on with your life.Cos that person is not giving you importance at all .See all his things which makes you cry & make lots of friends.
Then you will decide that I will let it go I want to move on in my life.

Letting go is not easy, it can be helped by doing past times, hobbies, crafts, visiting friends, walking in the fresh air, like a park or just outside. Contemplating nature in general is good for the mind, try going for a long walk or sit ina beauty stop and stop to look in the sky at sun setting or at night time to view the moon and stars. If you live in a busy town, a walk in the shopping area slowing down to observe the people and stop for a favourite treat, maybe coffee and cake or an ice cream. Eat and drink slowly, breathing slowly and deep. This can help by allowing to feel all inside and giving yourself nurture and self love. Go out with a friend when you feel you are happy in your own company. Whatever you are doing, remember to breathe deep and slowly, as this will give you power and strrengh. Good luck. It is not very easy to say forget the past. We are stubborn about change. Some people can't cry anymore and the wheels keep spinning mentally.You need to give yourself room if you want to cry. Some call it a geographical cure but it works. We can mentally be safe if we are safe. Now when you want to move on with your life make contact again. Birthdays and holidays are there for us too. Sometimes it takes only one new friend to make a difference.

Tricky question. It easier to give advice than personally face it. I would suggest, change of scene in the first place. Take a holiday, visit friends, develop/pursue a hobby. Crying out loud to heart's content also helps. I know women have harder impact than men, but they also have more resilience, fortunately.

We always have to try to work things out before seeking professional help. Don't wait much longer and try to see a shrink and get mental help. Not worth the waiting not to.

Maybe try and find another outlet for emotions, try something that gives you a rush or exhilaration, sky-diving for instance, see if you can really feel and connect with your emotions and the rest should follow.

you have sat down and talked this over with a doctor I hope.it grabs you hard,and you need your friends and family and the medical staff around for total support. confide in close friends,talk it through with them. cry,yell,even sleep on it, but do not give up.life,s to short,so give yourself credit for asking people,s advise on this site. that was your first step,take another one with a friend on either side of you. in other words talk it out,please.
