The chances of catching aids from a used blade are less than 1%, even if the person before you had aids and was cut. It has something to do with being introduced to the air. Look it up on line.
It's other pathogens that you wouldbe more likely to contract.

In order to infect someone else, the viral load (number of viruses in the exchanged body fluid be it semen, blood or other body serums) should be high enough. In case of a cut by a blade, the blade is not soaked in blood, the quantity would not be sufficient enough to introduce the virus in the next person. So, don't worry too much.
Going by your concerns you should be more worried about mosquitoes spreading HIV, which is again a very-very-very unlikely to occur. Just control your sexual urges and 80% of the battle aginst HIV is won!

I dont think that's possible if there is a delay of 2-3 minutes. Because the HIV virus dies within 2-3 minutes of exposure to the environment. But if it is immediate, then there are chances. Better to use your own blade at the Baber's shop

it certainly relies upon on how previous it incredibly is.... if u seem on the blade and you will discover that its slightly discolored, or that its looking a sprint rusty.... like a delicate brown or a sprint orangey then thats no longer sooo stable! i know it could leave u extra razor burns.... and if u decrease urself, then u might get contaminated via rustyness the blade has.... yet specially circumstances as quickly as I dont have a gamble to pass to the keep i do it to.... it merely leaves my skin a sprint pink... and then in approximately an hour the redness is going away! so yea... desire that helped! :)

You could contract it through the blood, but they should have the blades sanitized.

all blades must be cleaned and sanitized, if you notice any blood on it get up and walk out, if the blade is cleansed appropriatly there is minimal risk contracting the HIV virus.
