There are many but depends on your taste. Mine in order of preferences:

1. Boat party off Gateway of India - Full night under starry night on the sea

2. Mud Island Malad - On beach

3. Wild in some trekking spot - Plenty of them around Mumbai and very interesting in monsoon

4. Local train :)
