I love Jamaica. I've been there four times and I'm going back in november.
I love the people, the food, the culture, the music... did I mention the food?
The beaches are gorgeous. I love the easy going lifestyle there. I would move there if I could.

Well for me, Nothing beats New Zealand. I loved every bit of it that I saw. Try Christchurch which is a cosmopolitan city or for glaciers and ouutdoor stuff visit Mount Cook, where you can walk on a glacier provided the guide agrees. Also visit the Mountaineers place for lucnch like lamb chili. Rotorua has hot pools and gysers so take a visit on a trip to see them. Also try the spa which has naturally heated hot water pools. In Dunedin try the beer battered cod and chips. I can't remember the name of the resteraunt. Also you can go on a wildlife expedition out to the coast. Try to get to 100 mile beach up in the north or Motueka and Nelson. Basically its all good and you should fit in as many trips as you can afford or have time for. Visit the aquarium, kelly Tarltons. He invented the arched viewing system where you can see the fish go over your head I think. Try to visit Auckland Zoo which has an abundance of animals of all kinds.

Skerries in Southern Ireland. My (now) partner invited me over to a famous restaurant there. Normally you would have to book weeks in advance but he knows the chef, who got chef of the year that year. He had built an extension on the restaurant so as we were eating the 'famous' chef came out to talk to us. People were looking at us as if we were famous. It was quite funny. Generally I just had a magical time there that weekend. p.s. the restaurant is The Red Bank. It's wonderful.

Benidorm because when I stood out on the balcony and took in the fantastic view of the mountains and sea with the warmth of the sun on my back I felt like I had died and gone to heaven! I have never felt so totally empowered and free in all my life :) x
