i can not do anything right specially at my job. what can i do?

my family is in a big trouble but i know i have concentrate on my job but nothing is right.

the best advice i can give is start everyday with a clean slate disregarding all the crap that happened yesterday go into work optimistic, so wake up in the morning lookng foward to going to work have a fantastic breakfast and arrive 10 min early for work and go from there.

Try to forget the troubles when you go to work. Go out with a friend that you trust and talk with him/her about your problems, maybe that will help you a little. Sleep enough and listen slow music, or read if you can...It is hard for you but you have to try hard. Just think that if you loose your job than it can be worst than it is. I had a problem once and i was in panic, so i almost fell from the vehicle since i opened the door of the vehicle while it was still going in high speed... and i was in passenger's seat!! I could have fallen ...After that i decided to concentrate eventhough it was so hard for me. I worked like a robbot without feelings those days. The problem was solved and I was happy again....I hope you will be ok.

If u can not concentrate properly & family conditions r not ok ,then u can take leave from the job for few days for change.
also set ur priorities first , there r many things in life they keep dragging ur leg behind,do u know ABC principle...? this discriminates between vital few & trivial many..i.e. there r 80% of the things costing only 20% to u..but there may be only 20% of things which costs about 80% to u.. so concentrate on the later ones...
