Having your nipple pierced would not affect your ability to breast feed your baby.
As you've already said, take it off for feeding to allow your baby to form a seal with lips on your breast, and to prevent the baby from chocking.
My friend had breast implants and was still able to nurse her baby from her breast.

No, it wont. Nipple piercing was commonly used in Victorian England as a cure for inverted nipples. This is when the knobbly bit in the centre of the nipple doesnt stick out, and that makes it difficult for your baby to latch on properly. Back in Victorian times, breastfeeding was the only way to feed newborns for most people as only the wealthy could afford a wet nurse or bottles.
When your nipple is pierced it goes through the knobbly bit. Breast milk comes out of the pores in the round area of darker skin.
You just take them out when you're feeding.

Yes it will squirt out in 3 directions and both your kid and your man can have milk mustaches and you can fill a bottle all at the same time!
Talk about efficiency!
