goodmans tv help?

turned tv on and only colour lines left on stand by for 20 min then turned on and tv ok however colour not right has not been right from day one 3months can you help model gtv26w3ldc

If you can access the horiz hold or may be labeled line hold or horizontal osc adjust it , its normal setting would be about midd way.The control could be external if you are lucky but may be internal in which case you wont find it unless you know where to look !!!
