You just need a keg. Most places that sell kegs (if they are legal in your state) will rent or sell the equipment.

If there is a homebrew store they may sell the equipment.

Youre best getting in touch with a wholesaler such as Beer Seller, they will sell the keg and may well supply the delivery equipment.
