I have Scabies right now and I've been treating it with the cremes and stuff for about the past 2 days. Every now and then I feel little sensations on the areas affected and it feels like there are bugs crawling on me. I don't know how much of is my imagination running away from me or topical itch-relivers wearing off. It's really really creepy!

Having had scabies myself not long ago I can confidently say that I never felt the mites at all. As you say, its probably your imagination - especially as the medication wears off.
I found that if I kept my skin as cool as possible, especially in bed, the itching was not too severe. This strategy worked well and included having warm showers rather than hot and sleeping with the lightest possible bedding to remain as cool as possible.

It is not unusual and you are not crazy if you can feel the sensations on your skin. In fact, that's an incredible hypersensitivity and awareness, because I was able to spot two fresh burrows from having those sensations, and in turn, diagnose and go through treatment quickly.

scabies are a myte that gets under your skin. you will have to go to the doctor to get medication for it I know there is medication called lindane cream but I do believe it has to be prescribed by a doctor
