My friend intoduced me to a really wealthy guy but I don't want him to think I'm a gold-digger (honestly, i'm really not) he was really cool and we have a lot in common.

Be honest, cover your own way once in a while when you can, & let him see first hand you have goals & ambitions. If you are concerned with a career & a future, & are either working, going to school, or both, he will feel more comfortable around you. Also, trying to plan activities which don't require spending loads of cash may help, too.

First, stop staring at the bulge in his pocket! Next, stop fantacising about the shopping sprees you plan on jaunting off to! Be honest! If(and I do mean I.F.)you are not a gold-digger then i hope you find true love and happiness forever! But; if you are a gold-digger and you're hiding behind a nice-girl facade; I hope that when the time comes that money is discussed, that the gold-digger in you breaks out and all hell breaks loose! So for your safety I'll place a gold-digger preventive spell on you - "Anytime you think about spending that man's money for your own selfish ends - I hope you get cramps! In all sorts of weird places!" BAM! I'm done! -peace.

Don't look for him to buy you anything...
I don't think "splitting the bill" is always in order - but neither is expecting him to buy jewelry for you.

Keep things earthy and honest.

Don't ever discuss his money as your money.
- in fact...you probably wouldn't want to talk about money at all.

You'll be fine.
Most affluent men can spot a gold digger a mile away.

It's those men that "get" money without working for it that have gold digger problems...men that throw money away complain about gold diggers. Men that invest wisely, are thrifty in their finances, and spend time considering purchases don't bother with a goldigger. Hard earned, wisely invested money is difficult to part with.

If you go out with him don't talk about money or wealth, on your 2nd or 3 date (it you go on dates) stick him for dinner or movie or some romantic fun time!!!!

If he buys you really expensive stuff don't throw it back in his face but be very modest (tell him it wasn't neccesary and whether he is sure he want's to give you such a expensive gift).

Then when you have a relasionship and he ever brakes up with you or the other way around, give all his expensive stuff back to him.

Most of all, be honest with the guy!!!!

Enjoy........
