Go with the rule of 3's in reverse, the way women would normally use it. I think I heard about this on the movie "Tomcats", & it was really funny. Here's the formulas:
Women: 3y, y = # of guys she says she has slept with in the past. Ex: Girl says she has been with 3 men, 3y = 3 x 3 = 9.
Men (talking to girlfriend): 3x, x = # of girls he says he has slept with in the past. Same formula as for women essentially.
Men (bragging to buddies): x/3, x = # of girls he says he has slept with in the past. Ex: Guy says he has been with 12 girls, x/3 = 12/3 = 4.
A lot of the time, this holds true, believe it or not. Of course, these formulas don't account for virgin guys, in which case you have the Obvious Virgin Guy formula, also known as the Geek formula, the Nerd formula, & the Trekkie formula. This formula is simply 0x, x = # of girls he says he's bagged, usually an astronomically high number & sometimes figured with pi or factors of 10 in the equation. May be presented as a quantum equation. Still, thanks to this formula, no matter what he says is easily translated back to the truth, 0.
In your case, if it even comes up, use the rule of 3's & round accordingly. If she doesn't bring it up, though, don't volunteer the information.

Yes, if you expect her to tell you. My ex claimed he 'couldn't remember' and wouldn't tell me, and it really pissed me off. He wouldn't even give me a ball park.
