If your radio has a SET button, try holding the button in until your display flashes. When the display begins to flash, try using the volume dial to adjust the time. Otherwise, there should be a recessed H and M button (very small buttons that should be located either above or below the time display or in the bottom right corner of the radio) that you will need to press with a small object (an open paper clip).
